Veglin has undergone extensive preclinical testing, and has shown promising results in a Phase I study in the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory malignancies at the University of Southern California (USC)/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and USC-Los Angeles County Medical Center.

A Phase I Study of Veglin in the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory malignancies is underway at the USC/Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and USC-Los Angeles County Medical Centers. Preliminary results with Veglin therapy demonstrate a significant rate of tumor response to Veglin as a single agent in this refractory patient population.
